Gelenk Support 2 combines natural ingredients glucosamine & chondroitin.
As joints are not supplied with veins (as organs) they have to take the nutrients from their environment (synovia). The synovia serves as a buffer between the cartilages.

Glucosamine is a combination of sugar and amino acids.

Chondroitin sulfate is a combination which is called glycosaminoglycan. This is a long chain with special polysaccharides (sugar). Chondroitin is used as building block for bigger structures which are called proteoglycans. They are responsible for creation of connective tissue for example cartilage.

On part of the synovia is the hyaluronic acid which is the prestage for glucosamine.
